"Quantamental" is a portmanteau of Quantitative and Fundamental. Yes, we specialize in such hybrid approaches. For instance, we might use natural language processing (a quant method) to analyze thousands of earnings call transcripts, then use those outputs to augment a fundamental analyst's research, creating a more robust, data-supported investment thesis.

How do you integrate Machine Learning and AI into your quantitative research process?

We move beyond traditional statistics by employing advanced Machine Learning and AI-based analysis. This includes techniques like gradient boosting, random forests, and neural networks. These algorithms are exceptionally skilled at identifying complex, non-linear patterns within large and alternative datasets (e.g., satellite imagery, credit card transactions).
